How It Works
From booking to debrief in 3-4 weeks. Here's the timeline.
Step 1 — Book the Diagnostic Kickoff
You book your kickoff call and pay the $1,800 fee. We schedule the call for a time that works.
Step 2 — Kickoff Call (45 minutes)
We discuss your organization, identify the 3-5 senior leaders who'll participate in interviews, and schedule those sessions. You leave the call with everything you need to brief your team.
Step 3 — Leader Interviews (45-60 minutes each)
I sit down with each participating leader individually — in person if local, video if not — and walk through six purposeful questions designed to measure their readiness across all five OS dimensions. Real-time scoring happens during each conversation.
Step 4 — Report Development
Within two weeks of the final interview, your complete report is ready. Individual Leader Reports for each participant. Company-wide aggregated scores. A clear Estimated Success Percentage. Written narrative recommendations.
Step 5 — Findings Debrief (60 minutes)
We meet with your leadership team to walk through the full report. I show you exactly what the data says, where the strengths are, and where the gaps live. We discuss what comes next — whether that's a consulting engagement, addressing specific issues first, or revisiting later.
The Investment
The Growth Readiness Diagnostic is $1,800. That covers the kickoff call, all leader interviews, individual and company-wide reports, and the findings debrief. You walk away with a complete picture of your team's readiness — whether or not we end up working together long-term.
If we do move forward into a full consulting engagement, the entire $1,800 is credited 100% against the engagement cost. The diagnostic effectively becomes your first paid step into the work.
If the data tells us your team isn't ready yet, you keep the report. You walk away with a roadmap of what would need to be true for this work to land. That's worth $1,800 by itself.
This is intentional. I only take on consulting engagements I genuinely believe will produce lasting change. The diagnostic is how I — and you — know that's the case before either of us commits.
