Implementing People First — together.

A 12-month partnership for organizations serious about developing every person on their team. Limited to 3 engagements per calendar year.

This is the deepest work I do. A full implementation of the People First Operating System across your leadership team, your managers, your frontline supervisors, and the people closest to your customer.

Three half-day workshops. Quarterly engagement surveys. 360° leadership reviews twice a year. Monthly executive engagement. Company-wide Compass deployment at partnership pricing. And a trained internal champion who carries the work forward when I'm not in the room.

I take on three of these per year. That's intentional. Every partnership gets the focus it needs to actually take root — not a roster of clients I half-serve.

Who this is for.

This partnership is built for organizations in the trades, blue-collar industries, manufacturing, agribusiness, construction, and operations-heavy companies who recognize that their next phase of growth depends on developing every person on their team — not just the leaders with titles.

It's the right fit when:

  • The CEO or business owner is personally engaged and willing to participate

  • There's a leadership team of at least 3-5 people who'll go through the work together

  • You can commit one internal champion who'll carry the work forward between my visits

  • You're prepared to invest in implementation, not just talk about it

  • You're playing a multi-year game, not chasing a quarterly fix

It's not the right fit when:

  • The leader buying it isn't personally going to participate in the work

  • There's no internal capacity to champion the OS day-to-day between visits

  • You're shopping primarily on price, or comparing this to a one-day workshop

  • You're hoping consulting will fix something you don't yet want to look at honestly

If the first list sounds like you, we should talk. If the second list does, we shouldn't — yet — and I'll tell you that directly.

What's included.

A complete 12-month partnership covering implementation, training, measurement, executive engagement, and company-wide Compass deployment.

OS Implementation

A kickoff workshop with your leadership team and the training of an internal champion who'll carry the OS forward day-to-day. The internal champion is non-negotiable — without one, the work doesn't survive my absence. Implementation is measured by adoption rates and Compass usage data, tracked monthly.

Three Half-Day Workshops Per Year

Three half-day workshops, customized to your industry and your specific operational challenges. Open to your leadership team, managers, and frontline supervisors — not just the C-suite. Each workshop ties back to a specific OS framework and applies it to a real situation your team is currently working through.

Quarterly Engagement Surveys

A full company-wide engagement survey deployed each quarter. I produce a written report, present the findings to your leadership team, and track improvement quarter over quarter. You'll see exactly what's shifting, where, and why.

360° Leadership Reviews — Twice Per Year

Anonymous 360° feedback for your senior leaders and any manager or rising leader who needs an Individual Development Plan. Conducted twice a year so we can measure improvement, not just diagnose. I personally debrief each leader with their report — a 1-on-1 conversation, not a delivered PDF.

Monthly Executive Engagement

One coaching and observation call with the CEO each month. Site visits possible depending on location, decided at partnership kickoff. These calls are where I share what I'm seeing across the workshops, surveys, 360s, and Compass usage data — patterns the team itself can't see from the inside.

Company-Wide Compass Deployment

Every employee in your company gets access to People First OS Compass™ at partnership pricing — $16.50 per person per month, or $145 per person per year. That rate is locked in for the life of the partnership and continues at the same rate through any renewal.

I personally lead specific scheduled training sessions during rollout, and offer ongoing monthly "training hours" for anyone with questions or who needs additional help. Direct phone and email access for any employee throughout the year.

The 12-month arc.

Every partnership progresses through a clear rhythm. Month-by-month, what to expect.

Months 1-2 — Foundation

Kickoff workshop with the leadership team. Internal champion identified and trained. Compass deployed company-wide. Baseline engagement survey completed and presented. First 360° leadership reviews launched.

Months 3-4 — First Operating Rhythm

First half-day workshop, customized to your team. Monthly CEO call begins. Internal champion starts running OS-aligned conversations between leaders and their teams. Compass usage data tracked and shared.

Months 5-6 — First Measurement Cycle

Q2 engagement survey deployed and presented. First 360° debrief conversations completed with each leader. Mid-year recalibration call with the CEO and leadership team.

Months 7-8 — Second Workshop & Deepening

Second half-day workshop. Adoption patterns from Compass and survey data inform the topic. Internal champion takes a more active role in facilitation alongside me.

Months 9-10 — Third Measurement Cycle

Q3 engagement survey. Second round of 360° reviews launched (improvement measurement). Patterns from the year are becoming clear in the data.

Months 11-12 — Third Workshop & Year-End Review

Third half-day workshop. Year-end review of all data: engagement trends, 360° improvement, Compass usage patterns, leadership development progress. Renewal conversation if a continued partnership makes sense.

Three partnerships per year. That's it.

I take on three of these partnerships in any given calendar year. Not five. Not ten. Three.

That's intentional. A partnership of this depth — three workshops, quarterly surveys, twice-yearly 360s, monthly executive engagement, ongoing Compass support — requires real attention. Stretched across too many clients, the work becomes performance theater. None of them get what they're paying for.

So I built the constraint into the model. If three partnerships are full for the year, you'll know. There's no waitlist game and no "let me see what I can do." You either get focused work, or you get a referral and a clear path to revisit when capacity opens.

If you're reading this, slots may still be available. Start with the Diagnostic.

The investment.

The annual partnership fee is $50,000.

That covers: implementation kickoff and internal champion training, three half-day workshops customized to your industry, four quarterly engagement surveys with reports and presentations, two rounds of 360° leadership reviews with personal debriefs, monthly executive coaching calls, ongoing Compass deployment support including scheduled training and monthly training hours, and direct phone and email access throughout the year.

Compass subscriptions for every employee are billed separately at the partnership rate of $16.50 per person per month, or $145 per person per year. That rate is locked for the life of the partnership and continues through any renewal.

For a 100-person company, that's roughly $17,400 in annual Compass savings versus standard pricing. For a 250-person company, $43,500 in annual savings. The Compass economics alone often justify the partnership investment.

Year 2 and beyond.

Most partnerships continue past year 1, though the scope evolves. Year 2 typically focuses on continued workshops, ongoing 360s, and quarterly engagement surveys to monitor organizational health and measure compounding improvement. Renewal pricing is discussed in the year-end review based on the scope you want for the next year.

The one thing that doesn't change at renewal: your Compass subscription rates remain at partnership pricing for the life of the partnership.

Common questions.

What if we're not sure we're ready?

Start with the Diagnostic. $1,800. It tells both of us, with real data, whether the conditions for this work are in place. If they're not, you keep the report and walk away with a clear picture of what would need to be true. If they are, the $1,800 credits 100% toward the partnership.

Why an internal champion?

Because consulting work that lives only when the consultant is in the room dies the moment they leave. The internal champion carries the OS day-to-day — running OS-aligned conversations, holding leaders accountable to the framework, escalating what isn't working. Without this role, no amount of workshops, surveys, or 360s sustains the work past month 6.

Can the engagement scale up or down?

The base partnership is fixed because every component reinforces the others — quarterly surveys give us the data, half-day workshops translate it into team-level action, 360s drive individual leader development, and Compass is the daily accountability layer that holds it all together between visits. Each piece amplifies what the others produce. At renewal, scope can expand (more workshops, additional 360 cohorts, additional engagement surveys, etc.) for an adjusted annual fee.

Do you work outside the trades and blue-collar industries?

Sometimes — but those industries are where I came up and where this work lands deepest. If you're outside that space and the OS still resonates, let's talk. The Diagnostic will tell us whether it's a fit.

What happens to our Compass subscriptions if we don't renew the partnership?

Compass continues at partnership pricing — $16.50 per person per month or $145 per person per year. I want to invest in the long-term health of your business and your people, and this is a small way I can do that.

How do you measure whether the partnership is working?

Three concrete signals: engagement survey trends quarter-over-quarter, 360° improvement scores measured at month 4 and month 10, and Compass usage data tracked monthly. You'll see the data. So will I. We talk about what it means in the monthly executive calls.

What if our CEO is too busy for monthly calls?

Then this isn't the right partnership for you — yet. The CEO call is where the patterns I'm seeing across the workshops, surveys, 360s, and Compass data get translated into executive decisions. Without that channel, the work stays at the team level and never shapes the company-level direction it needs to. If the CEO can't show up monthly, we're better off waiting until they can.

What if we want to start, but slots are full this year?

Take the Diagnostic anyway. The $1,800 fee remains creditable when a partnership slot opens. You'll have a complete readiness assessment in hand and be first in line for the next available calendar.

The first step is always the Diagnostic.

Before any partnership begins, we run the Leadership Growth Readiness Diagnostic. $1,800. Credited 100% toward the partnership if we move forward.

It's how we both know — with data, not assumptions — that this is the right work, the right team, and the right time.
